A temporary manager was named to handle the estate of Virginia Giuffre following her passed away intestate, which means multiple court actions that had been suspended are set to restart.

Judicial Decision Resumes Involved Litigation

The 41-year-old Giuffre passed away on a remote West Australian farm, some 80 km north of Perth, in April.

Recently, the WA high court appointed attorney Ian Torrington Blatchford to assume temporary management of her estate, thought to be worth millions.

Giuffre first gained worldwide recognition for the Mountbatten Windsor case, which was filed in New York and under the legal statute.
